Microlete Athletics approached requiring a brand identity. The business is a lifestyle/athletic clothing brand for gamers, specifically competitive gamers. For the logo they wanted something that represented gaming without being “nerdy” or “lame”. They also wanted a mark with the letter M being used. So for this I decided to create the Microlete “M” mark with two possible interpretations. One being the white of the “M” being a mouse and the two black lines as fingers similar to how a gamer holds a mouse. Two being similar to an old school Nintendo 64 controller. With their minimal branding style clothing and only dropping a few products at a time they wanted their website to be simple to use. For this design I only used the necessary functions of an ecommerce store. This has been one of my favourite projects to work on to date!
